We know that returning stuff you've bought online can sometimes be stressful. That's why you can return any Masuta product, for any reason, within 60 days of receiving it.

How To Return An Item

STEP 1


MAKE SURE YOU'RE ELIGIBLE

  • Ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of the Masuta Knife Imports Return Policy (located below) and that they have been met.

STEP 2


GET YOUR RAF NUMBER

  • In order for us to process your return, we need to send you a Return Authorization Number (RAF).
  • You do this by filling out the Return Application Form or you can contact us directly through our email or by calling our toll-free number.
  • Once we receive your message, we will send you a RAF # and a return address for you to mail the product to.
  • Depending on where you are located, we might provide you with an address that's different from our main Headquarters located in Vancouver, Canada.
  • This would either be the address of one of our warehouses, or one of our employees that lives close to you. This is so we can process your return faster!

STEP 3


SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO US

  • Please mail the package back to the address that we provided you with.
  • We recommend that you purchase tracking services for your parcel. This way we may still refund you in case the shipment gets lost.

STEP 4


LET US KNOW YOU'VE SENT IT

  • Please notify us once you have shipped the product back to us.
  • It is easiest if you send us an email.
  • This is also where you can include the tracking number for your parcel. You should also upload a photo or a scan of the shipping receipt, so that we can reimburse you.

STEP 5


YOU'RE ALL DONE

  • Time for you to chill out and relax! We will handle the rest.
  • We always prioritize pocessing returns for our customers. So that you can get back to shopping.
  • Once we have received your package, you can expect a full refund to be sent on the next business day.
